The Sierra County Board of Commissioners hereby give public notice that a Public Hearing will be held on the question of whether the Regulation and Licensing Department, Alcohol and Gaming Division should approve the issuance of a transfer of ownership of Liquor License NO. 0226/Application #A-851078 with on premise and package sales for Dam Site Recreation Area, LLC, Elephant Butte Lake State Park Truth or Consequences, New Mexico 87901.
Said public hearing will be conducted June 11, 2013 at 9:300 AM, in the Sierra County Commission Chambers, 855 Van Patten, Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, 87901.
Task Force Meeting
The Sierra County Board of Commissioners hereby gives public notice that the Solid Waste Task Force will be meeting at the City of T or C Landfill at 9:30 am and then the Sierra County Commission Chambers located at 855 Van Patten, Truth or Consequences, NM on Monday, May 20, 2013 at 10:00 am to discuss solid waste issues. The Public is encouraged to attend.
