Ms. Porter Carrejo was appointed to the position of County Manager by the Elected County Commissioners in 2005.

The Board of Commissioners appoints a County Manager to oversee the daily operations of the County. The County Administration Office is the office of the County Manager and includes Development,  Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and the Planning Board.

The County Manager's Office also administers the Indigent Health Care Program.

A list of County Ordinances is here.  Copies of these Ordinances are available at the County Clerk's office for a fee of 50 cents per page.

If you'd like to submit an item for a County Commission Meeting Agenda, download the Agenda Item Request Form below and submit it to the County Manager's office no later than 4:30pm on the Thursday prior to the meeting. If your item is not in by this time it will be considered for the next available Commission meeting. All requests are subject to approval by the County Manager.
